The North Shore of Maui is known for big winds and high surf but, when the filming of EXTREME took place, it also had something more - the two biggest legends of the sport, Robby Naish and Bjorn Dunkerbeck (along with Josh Stone and Jason Polakow). These pre-eminent windsurfers took to the ocean in some of the highest winds Maui has seen in recent years. The result of capturing these athletes in these conditions in EXTREME presents the sport in a manner never before seen and as close to the swells as possible.
